Our Approach to Digital Files
Because our guides are delivered instantly as digital PDF downloads, they cannot be physically "returned" or "un-downloaded" in the way a physical book can. Under standard storefront rules, all digital sales are typically final.
However, we know that somatic material is highly personal. What works for one person's nervous system may not feel right for another's.
The 14-Day Nervous System Alignment Guarantee
If you purchase a guide and feel it is genuinely not a fit for where you are in your healing journey, we want to make it right:
- Email Us: Send an email to our support team within 14 days of your purchase.
- A Human Check-in: Let us know briefly what felt misaligned or didn't resonate. This is not a test, nor are we trying to persuade you to keep it. We simply want to learn how to make our work more helpful.
- Your Refund: We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
Keeping the System Fair (Our Boundaries)
To protect our work from digital piracy and abuse, we enforce the following structural limits:
- One Guide Limit: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first single guide purchase.
- Final Sales: Library bundles, upgraded packages, and subsequent guide purchases are not eligible for refunds.
- Download Check: We verify download logs via Sky Pilot before processing a refund to confirm the file delivery was completed successfully.
